We are now taking team reservations and hole sponsorships for the 5th Annual Dano Memorial golf outing, being held on Saturday, September 10 at Woussickett.

If you submit your entry form and money by July 30, you will receive a $10 per golfer discount – making your entry fee $70 per golfer ($280.00 per team). All teams choosing to pay after July 30 will owe $80.00 per golfer ($320.00 per team).

Please download an entry form here and mail it along with a check (checks made payable to “The Dano Memorial Fund”) to Dano Memorial, 1003 Wyndham Lane, Sandusky, OH 44870.

Hole sponsorships are $125.00 and can be submitted the same way as your entry form.
